I feel this review is:
Pathetic Service from Axis Bank Loan Dept. Inspite of paying off complete amount there is no confirmation from the bank and the bank officials refuse to answer the phone calls. The service quality just goes south bound once you initiate the paper work. I really irritated I never seen such a worst service from any other bank like Axis, whenever I call they are just acting like checking status I fedup with these guys hope this post will help others before going to get Axis bank transaction and service from Axis bank. customer care is very worst there is no proper response and proper netbanking facility stop using this bank.
