Axis Bank is amongst one of the private-sector banks in India with its head office located in Mumbai.It has the largest ATM network amongst private banks in India.Axis Bank has thousands of branches as well as international offices including Hong Kong, Dubai, Singapore etc.The services offered by the Axis Bank are International Banking, Retail Banking and Corporate Banking.The products of the bank include Credit cards, private banking and equity, investment and consumer banking, finance and insurance.Axis Bank offers contactless multicurrency Forex Cards to Indian travelers enabling faster and more convenient transactions while travelling abroad.During past, I had also an Axis Salary Account which currently I don't have due to the following facts.
1.I was in need of Rs.1000/- from my Axis Bank Account for which I visited SBI ATM. Surprisingly, without having received any cash;the amount was debited from my Axis Bank Savings Account and its concerned staff had no answer.
2.Deductions resulted from my hard earned money from time to time despite having maintained minimum balance in my Savings.In none of the other banks where I have an Savings Account, this has resulted such as PNB, Canara Bank and Syndicate Bank.
3.Nobody takes pain in order to settle the matter including Axis Bank customer care.
