Pathetic Bank and horrible Customer care service. Our experience has been so bad that we got allergic of Axis bank name.
They took 3-4 months to open our NRI account after more than 100 follow ups and that too is completely useless for us as we do not have access to it.
Their each department just want to get rid of your problem and ask you to reach other department and this way you just keep reaching different departments for your problems. And eventually you will give up out of frustration.
One of the worse bank in India we ever have had experience with.
