Hi freinds,
I want to share my bad experience with Axis bank customer care service.I have taken student loan for my ward from Axis bank.After some time, I have made pre payment of Rs.50000. I had pay this amount against principal amount. After few days I just check the deduction in Axis bank portal, where I have seen the Rs. 50000 is deposited in suspense account.
when I contact customer care they say that it will updated in 7 days.Freinds I have waited for more than a month, every time customer care say that it will completed in seven days.
Then I have visited loan centre where their staff replied same answer.
I Have totally frustrated now the attitude of Axis bank.After that I visited three times to loan centre, Atlast their senior officer say that our system software is updating so we have not able to take this amount, better we return your amount.
Then I call the regional Manager this time I will get satisfactory answer and my amount is returned to my bank and with interest.
