Eight mounth ago iam opened the account in axis bank, when , iam opened the account so bank employee promise me that my account will be activate in one day, but that did not happen form whom I was very troube , neither the information went to my savings account.i still have the problem. My account continually cut up the 350and 52.50 rupees service charge. The second time , my money was cut my account , when I called customer care then I found out my account is less than 25000, so I have to pay it , this rule was not told me about account opening, third time cut my money so called customer care but he don't said me satisfied answer. Axis bank customer care service that is not good.
So please don't open any accout in axis bank
