I am a customer of Axis Bank, branch Aundh Pune since 2012. This is the first bank in which I got my account.
I am very satisfied with the kind of service I got from Axis Bank that I did not feel to go with any other bank. The bank takes really a good care of my needs and my queries are always been solved immediately if I had any. The waiting time is very low when it comes to transferring money since my branch has money depositing machine. Because of the good service of Axis bank, I opted for one recurring deposit with them and I was satisfied by it also.
About their internet banking, it's very easy to use if you compare with other banks. All the details are shown in clear and simple manner which does not create any confusion in the mind. The mobile app is very smooth and clear to use. I just love the axis bank app structure.
