Axis Bank Credit Cards, I have been a Savings bank account holder for pretty long and I really loved the services of the retail banking. However, my experience with the credit card department is very sour.
The card has good benefits, easy to use(like any other card). However, the customer service team is extremely unhelpful. They treat customers like someone who isn’t worth talking to. That’s what I have felt so far with the conversation with them.
I have been into customer service in my career and I know how it feels to be bombarded with calls and manager’s sessions, however, is it fair to mistreat customers? The customer service team is very unhelpful and rude.
The reason I chose to bank with Axis Credit card was because, I had really good experience with the retail banking.Good Things about Axis Bank Credit Card:
It gives you really good facilities with regards to cash back, etc.The limit of the card is reasonable too.
The card looks pretty cute(if that’s considerable)
It is good to make payments through the app. Also recently, they have corrected the feature of payment reflecting in the credit card account. Initially, it used to take 3 days within the bank to update the credit card account. But I checked it today and it updates the account immediately.
Bad things about Axis Bank Credit Card:
Calling customer service means a long wait time, which is frustrating because as it is I have to go through the tedious IVR and then listen to the same music and advertisement for 10 minutes.
Customer service Executives are always in a hurry.Customer service executives I have been through are 9 out of 10 times very rude and unhelpful.
I, personally wouldn’t recommend credit cards to anyone, but axis bank credit card – never!
