Dear Sir/Madam, I am Gourav Singh your existing customer, I was visited in
your shahdara branch on 14tn sept 2016, North east delhi, Delhi, India on
14th sept 2016 I have applied a credit card on 14th sept 2016 but my card
was not applied by the sales executive after 16 day when I call to sales
person name Aadesh and his contact no is 8285088490 he said to me that I
have already applied but card apply on 30th sept 2016 after my call so I
got a SMS from axis bank that ( thank you for applying for axis
bank credit card, the final decision will be communicated within 72 hour)
but I did not receive any info within 72hr after 72hr I call to the axis
bank customer support no they said to me that you have not apply any
card and disconnect the call again I call to axis bank the customer support
person said to me that 1 card is apply by you name mentioned as GOURAV S or
GAURAV S but my name is GOURAV SINGH on my I.D and Address proff but Axis
bank said that your CIBIL Score is low after all that I have bought a new
Product by Bajaj Finserv they Required minimum CIBIL Score 740 so how can
Axis bank said that my CIBIL is Low after the that the Sales person( AADESH)
said to that you can mail anywhere against me you can t do anything and
Axis bank also
Note : - Aadesh( Sales Executive) offering me open Challenge
So kindly take a suitable action Against Aadesh and give me the full Action
