My friend has a savings bank account in Axis Bank for long and he is happy with the services of the bank, however his experience with the credit card department is not so good.
Though the card has many benefits like easy to use just like all other cards, cashbacks, offers on shopping websites, etc but the customer service department of this is very bad and unhelpful. They will treat their customers like they isn't worth to talk. This is what he has felt so far having conversation with them. The customer service team is very rude and unhelpful they don't bother to listen to our concerns and just say that go to that person and when we go to the said person then he will say its not his department and will make you dance round and round.
Reasons why he chose credit card for myself with this bank-
1) He had really good experience with the retail banking.
2) It gives nice facilities like cashbacks, offers, discounts on online shopping, etc.
3) The card looks really cute.
4) Easy to make payment through the mobile app.
Now the negative side of using their credit card service-
1) Calling the customer service executive means you have to wait for long as they will make you hold for long and sometimes even disconnect the call due to no response from their side.
2) They are always in a hurry to cut the call and will not listen to your issue properly due to which you will have to explain them your problem in short.
Retail banking service of this bank is awesome even the credit card service but the customer service representative is the worst.
