due to job problem at was unable to pay my credit card bill of Rs 12000, just after 4 months loan amount become Rs 17921! I requested so many times I am going to pay entire amount immediately if they waive off my late and compound interest fee, they are not ready.
Customer service credit cards manager Smitha she is big beggar.
They act like kid. They r not at all ready to waive off for the first time also.
money looters, I wonder why RBI is not taking action on looters.
And also every year thy r deducting demat annual charges, I requested this money beggars from 4 years to deactivate demat, thy didn’t do and they r still deducting money.
I afraid to keep balance in my sb account because of this bank people
