The loan recover agents use 5 level process to recover the defaulted loanLevel -1(For First Month defaulter).Cordial explanation via phone.Level - 2(Second Month defaulter)communication through Phone (Bit
warning kind off), also communicated through e-mail & sometimes letter.level - 3(Third Month Defaulter)Bank sends there recover agent to pay visit. Though Recover agent at this level will be quite soft.Level - 4(Fourth Month Defaulter)Recovery agent will be on there all time high, may use Harsh Language & give immense pressure. Legal steps may also be undertaken.Level - 5(Fifth Month defaulter)Bank at this level consider there amount to be in baddebt. They will now show this amount on there Loss column. so like in this month u r owing 20k of them, u can negotiate them even for 5k because at this level even 5k will be considered as profit(as 20k was anyhow went to loss column).so have patience and keep on postponing the thing until level 5(if u can)!! but beware there is CIBIL check who can blacklist you for future loan purpose.
