I feel sick that I have bought a insurance policy from Aviva, I have been aishwaryasingh23ing premium for 4 yrs now and I haven't received my original policy document. Aviva is not able to find out where my policy, each cust service executive gives their own solution.
I am wondering if getting the original policy document is such a pain, what would be the case when I or my family goes for a claim. you can call me @ 98847 99357 if you have any questions.
