Aviva life insurance is a insurance company for the life of the individuals. But it is not a good insurers due to :
There bad customer services.
There claim settlement process is very long as compare to any other.
They charge very high rates in form of premium for there services.
There staff behaviour is very rude.
Overall this service provider is not good for me as per my experience.
