This is the biggest fraudulent organization I had ever come across in my life yet.
My father took my policy #NUP75658958 from them. I paid Rs 14995 for 1 year premium, amount in advance.
We submitted all the financial and medical documents we had. And after one week I get the reply that they can't offer us the policy because of:
after careful perusal of all the information submitted by you and your medical reports, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to offer you life insurance terms due to due to medical and financial Reasons.
At the time of taking this policy, I did not hide any facts like I am diabetic, even submitted a medical report confirming that I am diabetic and also gave a medical test regarding that. Yet, I was denied my life insurance policy.
And to add even more insult to injury, they refunded only Rs 2550 from Rs 14995 I had paid to them. Almost Rs 11500 deducted for hidden charges we were not informed for nor did we ever signed any document which states that we agree to this deduction in case our policy request is not approved.
Moreover, they request for 7 years old medical documents which I had lost in time and the concerned hospital can't issue me the same documents 7 years old since they do not keep a backup reports. When I already declared that I am diabetic, furnished a recent medical report that I am diabetic and gave a medical tes, then why and how should I give 7 years old medical report.
They also ask for 6 months salary and bank statement for financial stability confirmation yet they don't even confirm that your personal data will be kept safe with them and not sold out in the market and subsequently misused.
I will be filling a case on them for the fraud they did with us on coming Monday 15 June 2015.And like mouthshut.com, I am posting my reviews on all the social media websITES_Company like Twitter and Facebook to warn all the unsuspecting consumers to beware of this fraudulaent Insurance selling Organization.
For all the other Indians, do not give them your money untill your Insurance Policy is approved and becomes active otherwise you will loose all your hard earned money to this fraudlaent Insurance Organization.
