This product is totally wastage of Money we purchased avis hitech 360 degree innovation in rupees 13500, this was the worst innovation in its segment, poor cooling condition like a ceiling fan, only outer look attractive, no after sales service.
We launch complain 4-5 times, initially receptionist or sales person responding that they are sending someone for repairing, but now they stop attending calls lines were busy, highly requested don't indulge in these kind of fraudulent products instead of it go for other companies product or even desert cooler is best .
