They usually do not pick calls or answer any mail, if u r lucky enough to answer your phone call then they don't listen to you properly n ask u to call 1 hr later. please do not purchase with this site or do at ur own risk
I hd plcd my order 10 days back n still they did not dispatched my books n don't even reply inspite of repeated attempt to contact. This was my worst online shopping xperince in my life.
Buy from other portal, atleast they will reply or refund ur mony
Or if u r in Bangalore purchase direct from shop
