It was my dream to buy my own car. And I achieved my dream when I purchased a Saloon sized car (Mitsubishi Lancer) on second sale from one of the supposedly most reputed second sale dealer in town. It
claimed to perform more than 100 quality assurance tests and provided a six month warranty to prove it. I was happy that at a less cost I was getting a good deal until I realized what this was leading me to. Having fitted a LPG kit to my car on sale by the dealer, I was told the same will be endorsed on my registration documents within a few days. This was the reason why I decided to go ahead with the purchase. If the LPG was not fitted, I would have preferred to purchase some other vehicle.
But even after six months, the same is unfulfilled and I am stuck with a car which I cannot drive out because the dealer has yet to hand over my cars registration document duly endorsed for LPG kit.
When I call their Goregoan Office they tell me to call the Kalyan Office and I am no disgusted so much that I plan to file a police complaint and legal case against this company. I called them the last time today to hand over my registration papers by tomorrow evening or else I will be taking the action as I have mentioned.
Now, I plan to take consumer legal action for selling me a vehicle without proper documentation.
