I had recently bought a Santro ZipDrive from Automart (Taurus Automotives, Sharda centre, Pune). The car I received was in an excellent condition, except for a few glitches which they corrected and gave me. I dealt with a person called Mark, who made the procedure pretty easy.

The only thing that frustrated me was the fact that the paper transfer took a very long time. I was kept updated during this time, however, it still took too long.

I had an accident after getting the car, when a truck came and dashed me on the driver’s side. I was closer to a different branch of Automart, and they very readily accepted to keep the vehicle till I contacted the actual dealer where I got the car from. The papers had not been transferred to my name as yet, hence I was unable to collect on the insurance. I think that was the RTO’s fault, so I cannot really blame Auto, though they should have kept me updated about the situation. It has taken a very long time for my car to actually go into repairs because of that, but Auto did do everything possible to speed up the process, keeping it as painfree as possible.

My review would be a good place to get a car, just keep the eyes open for any faults and let them know about those towards the start itself, so they can fix it and then deliver the vehicle. And wait till the paper transfer happens, before getting into any trouble :P
