I would like to congratulate the team of Astitva for producing a good serial. It is not like the ordinary saas bahu serials. At least this serial has a message to convey to the viewers. It is a realistic serial.

The story is about Dr. Simran who marries a guy ten years younger than her. She has baby out of this wedlock. But her husband Abhimanyu falls for some other girl named Kiran and leaves Simran for her. But Kiran ultimately ditches him and goes away.

Simrans first love Abhimanyu Joshi returns back and then Simran and Abhimanyu Joshi decide to get married. But this doesnt happen as Simran comes to know that he already has a wife and a daughter. She moves out of his life. She meets with an accident and Abhimanyu ( her ex husband ) takes good care of her.

She asks him to get married with Neha , his colleague as Neha is in love with him. They both get married.

But I think the serial should have ended by now. There was no need of showing this new character ’’ Neha ’’ . Simran and Abhimanyu should have been shown to be together. This would have been a good ending.

And now it is being shown that Neha has had a miscarriage. All these unnecessary stories were not needed.

I really like the character of Simran. She has been shown to be a strong female who bears all the hardships in her life and moves ahead. At least she is not like the stupid characters of the Kekta Kapoor Serials and like Kumkum .

But I think now the serial should end as it should not become like the other non stop bakwaas serials.
