The serial is not a bad serial. This is the story of new free society. In this society many things can happen. People should work hard to make living but at the same time they should not forget the personal life and the life of the family members.

Abhi’s excuse was that he is working very hard to get some status in the society.
Simran persuaded him to do the same. Abhi fell in trap with Kiran and Kiran took the credit for his success. He lost his family. Simran character is shown of a person, who is nice to everyone, cares for everyone. Her love for Abhi is still in his heart.

It is high time now to finish this TV serial after she gets married to Dr. Joshi or she gets back to Abhi. Abhi loves Simran and has realised his mistakes. He loves his own daughter. He came to see her in the hospital ina disguise.

Abhi deserves Simran and his daughter back. Dr. Joshi should remain a friend just like Dr. Manas. This serial reflected some light on Doctors (male and female) who work together and can be great friends. They can have their own family lives without any interruption.

NEW TWIST: from ek prem kahani to ek sacrifice and ke penance by Mr. Abhi Saxena. Abhi as Musafir has changed his attitude towards his life. He is ready to help the raped girl at the risk of his life. (watched this week 09/02/2004)

Neha and Poonam two new faces in the serial. Both the faces are beautiful and great. Both the faces add some kind of flavor to the TV serial. It appears to me the story is shifting from Dr. Simran to journalist Mr. Musafir.
 
The journalist should not be scared of politicians and bad guys raised by these politicians to make the society scared of any action. If the journalist do not bring the truth in the society, than the society will turn a society of might is right.

Poor people do not come forward and they are scared to come forward. I hope this twist do work. On the whole is serial is good.

This serial has a commercial of ORS/WHO which is done very well by Dr. Manas. His comments about Doctors who are in this profession to make money.
