I have taken a new connection in the month of March 2017. However, I have faced frequent disconnection and slow speeds since the beginning. I have to call the customer care every other day and have to wait the whole day to get the issue resolved. I could not get a stable connection for even two full days till date. Somehow I feel they are cheating us by providing us a shared line instead of dedicated connection and hence the slow speed especially from 10:00 AM to 6 PM.
Will discontinue this pathetic service and opt for Reliance instead.
