I am a customer since jan 2015 . I have disconnected my connection on june 2016. Total waste of money. 1850 rs modem+installation charge+one month rent. I am on plan xpress 510.(including tax 571 per month) . Speed is as promised 1mbps unlimited. Download rate of 128kbps upload rate is low about 40kbps. Everything is ok for about 2 months . Then started disconnections due to cable cut. During a slight rain or wind connection goes down took about 4days to get fixed . I have complaint about 40 times during these months. No internet when needed . During day time and night . No guarantee for stable internet connection . Problem occurs even during summer season. About 10 days(average)downtime per month. During lightning I have lost 2 wifi routers on different months. 800±1300 rs both tp link routers. Modem replaced free asianet
. After jan 2016 during lightning damaged my motherboard lan . 4700rs wasted. After all this loss I have bought a d link dir600m router again to connect with their modem. 800rs wasted. During june toatally disappointed with this isp. Frequent disconnection during day time on sunny day . I have called customer care send mail for disconnection . After this I have searched for another isp in my area railwire. Good isp .high upload and download speed etc . But they are also providing their connection through overhead cables fiber. Same as asianet coaxial . Called railwire cc . He said he will be coming to collect id proof and details of connection . He have not come and not attending my call(local cable operator). Applied for bsnl bb june 27. I have a landline connection already got connection after several calls to main exchange and local exchange 675 plan 2mbps unlimited 1gb fup 512kbps. Have a stable connetion as my landline cable is underground. No connection drop. Speed is ok .
