My father ask to install to the service provider to install just watching newspaper advertisement of huge data with a low price.
For the first 2 months it was working good but later in the spped went down from 2 MBPS to 1MBPS and data consumption was too high.
Problem occured after sometime of usage when wifi, and sometime to take long time to get connected as well. Only 6 devices can connect only but cannt access cause of lower speed of internet. It's not a bit reliable network.
After using 4 months ask to disconnect the service. Being a postpaid connection they came and ask to upgrade the bandwidth but could not help ful.
Bill generation was on time doesn't matter to them whether services are helpful to customer or not.
Customer support also worst, I had settled all the bill payment but still they ping me mail of pending mail. I asked them to stop, then they did.
