The worst customer support. It would have been better if they did not have a customer support desk and we wouldnt have wasted time trying to get support.
Their data metering is set up to steal money. My parents use one mobile phone and no PC. They use the internet connection for emails. They never update their software, dont use whatsapp except for good night messages and dont even know what you tube or facebook are. But asianet kept billing them over 2500 rupess in extra usage charges and my parents kept paying it now knowing what it even means.
The 4mbps connection is slower than a 2g mobile data connection.
