My subsciber no: TV107820 - I have used Asianet broadband and recently disconnected the service. Regarding that a Rep called me last Saturday, saying to surrender the modem and that also after 3months. He called from 0471-4016161. The representative was asking me about my modem number and details. I replied him that I am not techi enough to get this details and I am not in front of modem right now and asked him to maintain a data base regarding this details so that he can fetch the information without bothering customers. By hearing this he was laughing and not allowing me to speak and always interfere in my speech by saying he has more years of experience. Is that the way to talk to the customer?
Does this rep has a professionalism? I suggest Asianet to give him training on how to speak to a customer and advise him to be professional with his job. A customer may not be techi enough to get all details of the product. For this reason, does any service provider allow any rep to say to customer about his years of experience? What I can do about knowing how much service he has? And does this solve the problem? If he has this much of experience, why he did not take necessary steps to maintain a full information db about customers? Shame on such employees and shame on such service.
