This is the worst internet service provider in my area most of the people how changing to new connection instead of this one.
The provider just needs more customers to join the internet but the facilities which they provide after connection is not provide. The speed of the internet is very less. The downloading speed is just 80kbps is very slow.
As I am an engineering student I have to wait for hour for downloading. If there is some connections problem in control room. The the problem is solved after one whole day. So the internet doesn't work for one day. Even if we complaint they just reply rudely and don't even listen properly. They just want customers but after buying connection they don't treat them properly. We have to bring our own router and the monthly charges is Rs 700 which is high and services provided are not good. I just suggest not to have this connection and if you are e having it then just disconnect it.
