Client Code-KT23748. STUPIDEST service. I have subscribed for a 96 GB 10 MBPS plan but stupidest speed(Even less than 2 Mbps) ever I receive always and frequent disconnection issues that I am not even able to use 30 GB on a monthly basis. Complained about this to their central customer care also many a times but they are least bothered.I keep my bill pending for sometime so that I can address my grievance if somebody calls me regarding the same.
Then I had made an online payment of Rs 7000 at their online payment option and as always the payment is debited from my bank account but it doesnt reflect in their stupidest website(HIGH Technology website of an internet service provider company). Please solve the problem at the earliest.
And it is still annoying to see that they have deactivated my connection now for non payment of bill when they are sitting on my funds. Worst service and worst customer care. They dont have any clue about this.They say to do the payment again. Last time I did this they got double credit after 3 days and they didnt do a refund. Fed up of their service. Solve the prblem at the earliest or I will sue your stupid Company.
No escalation matrix whatsoever for customer complaints. I cannot talk to a manager or your Trivandrum operations team or field executives!
I think the MD of Asianet broadband should be ashamed for running a company like this.
