On an hour of delay in billing when approached the executive Pooja she replied sir chupchap line mein khade ho jaaiye hum apna kaam kar rahe hain(sir just be in the que we are doing our work).
She was very rude. At a time when a customer is asking for a reason of delay the agents/executives showing their anger because of failure of their system.
