According to me AIG, Hydrabad is one of the best hospital in India.My mother had crohn's disease from 2006.At first we started treatment in Kolkata and then vellore as well. But my experience was very poor.Her condition became so worse as we gave up all hope.
Then one of our relative told us about this hospital.And we went there to grab our last hope at the year of 2008.And what we experienced was quite impressive.The infrastructure was pretty good .All gastro doctors and surgeons, nurses are also enough qualified and helpful and caring. Last year we had to do an intestine surgery of my mother.And that time also they were very much caring and helpful.Her operation was successful and post operation recovery was also smooth.
But in the other hand the treatment process is quite expensive here .And from the last year I have seen that the hospital campus is becoming over-populated as large number of patient from all over the country are coming here.That's why now one has to wait for long in queue for medical tests.And number of beds in general as well as in ICU is not enough.
So I want to recommend u can go to this hospital if u r facing complicated gastro problems.But for small problem and routine checkup u can rely on local physician.
