Injuring story of my backbone, arms and legs. Review on Artemis Hospital - Gurgaon

I had a terrible fall from the staircase back in 2009. The accident had injured by backbone, arms and legs. Although I didn’t suffer from any major injury like fracture, but my arms, legs and back would often start paining all of a sudden. I was very troubled because of this. What started as a little pain turned into a constant ache which left me unable to move around, let alone walk and continue with my daily chores. I tried every method I could and visited every doctor I could, but all went in vain. My problem could not be cured. Later on a friend’s advice, I decided to visit physiotherapists at Artemis Hospital Gurgaon. I never expected my problem to be cured but I still decided to give it a try. The physiotherapists at Artemis Hospital suggested me some exercises which I had to do regularly. They also prescribed me some medicines too. I continued seeking treatment for around five or six months. The treatment was really effective beyond my expectations. My pain started decreasing within one month of regular exercise and medicines. I still do those exercises regularly. I have almost no pain now.
