I suffer from cluster headaches from past 1 year. I myself being a doctor decided to take a second opinion and start treatment from a neurologist from Artemis. Appointment was taken with Dr Amit Aggarwal. I was told to get a check up done during an episode of cluster headache. Anybody suffering from migraine knows how bad it is. I took an appointment and was told to wait for registration. I waited 48 mins to get myself registered. After my no came I told them about my problem. Lady sitting in front of Dr Sumits office told me that I dont know about Dr Amits apponitments, when the nurse comes you talk to her. Before I could explain that currently I am having an attack she totally ignored me. Highly money minded. I had no problem paying the highest cost for any damn thing, but apparently artemis doesnt know how to talk to patients too. After much running around I was told 3:15 patients can be seen at 5:00pm. Doctor is late. Horrible experience.
