Aromas of China is a delight. Both in terms of food and service. On a weekend, you certainly need reservations, but on most week days you will find yourself a cozy place. But to make sure, always book
a table.
The food is wonderful. The lemon pepper soup is a personal favourite and so is the fried american corn. The cuisine is pretty authentic. The portion sizes are pretty good, except for the gravies, which I think could be better. But the selection is wonderful. You have a good choice of sauces to cater to your spice quotient. If you want your mouth on fire, the devil sauce is a good option. The service is efficient as you would come to expect with the BJN hotels. The bar is pretty well stocked.
This is a great place to take some one special for their birthday. If you inform the restaurant staff well in advance, they even give you a dessert on the house for the special person. Highly recommended.
