I have worked in this school as adhoc teacher. It is considered one of the top schools of Pune however actually it is not.
First the army students are very indisciplined and due to that teachers are forced, insulted by management. At the time of offer letter you might think that salary(approx 23k pm) is above par from other schools however reality is cruel.
You will be forced to do lot of tasks example admin related - registration, board exam formalities, etc and you cannot resist taking those work at home so you will end up working more than 10 hours daily. Civilian teachers are being pressurized, tortured by higher management. Bus services are not provided for teachers. So its not satisfactory workplace at all.
