Such worst service. An item ordered through Amazon was supposed to be delivered by Aramex with 3 to 4 days. On the 3rd day, at 10.30pm I received an email that an attempt was made to deliver at 10.21pm.
But my residence's CCTV confirms that noone has come on that day.
From next day there is no update on the courier. When I call them they just reply saying it is forwarded to their team. Finally I asked them to forward the call to their higher official and she tells it is already 4.30pm so it will be delivered at midnight only.Is this the way a courier service works. She also says they do not update their tracking status in Amazon and also they do not share their Chennai branch contacts. What the hell. Tracking #: 43105306075. Reference #: MAA/0617/786
