Hello im going tp share my experience with aramex service.
I have a cosmetic online business and at first to deliver my products I used Aramex courier service as many big company uses it. So thought as they are reputed company they will provide better service.
So I had to delever 5 packets in jaipur and theu charge upto 50rs per packet to deliver . As my client was in hurry and I was already late to ship it called their helpline number but no one picked after 5 times when they picked I asked them that im ready to pay more for one day delivery but he told me that they dont have one day deleivery service.
So called the person who picks up my order and he agreed tp delever it in one day but charged me 20rs extra per packet . I was ok with this.
But next day when I asked my client that he got the parcel or not he said that he didnt receive any parcel yet . So I called the courier person he said that it was delayed due to some weather problem and apologised but then again refused to payback one day delevery charged that I paid him .
After that day I havent done any delevery service with aramex, im so much disappointed by them . Ill give 1 out of 5.
