Horrible service they have no clue what does customer service is. I want to give them rate in minus but luckly it starts here by 1 star.
This company is the worst to deal with. I advise everybody to avoid their frustration and send through different companies.
3 months ago I had requested a delivery and when their representative came to collect my papers he was very rude and In rush. He didn't even explain to me the process, I showed him all details for whom he will send and he didn't give me the paper to write and he wrote by himself carelessly wrong address even though I gave him tips(wish I didn't)
I had to call them more than 10 times to understand if the shippment had been received and no one at the customer service was giving any help they all had obe answer that it's on the way and we will notify you when delivered. I tried to reach a manager and at the end reached team leader who said that it's on the way for wrong address so I requested a return and refund.
It took a while to get my shipment back after more than 20 frustrating calls each for long time.
Until now even they haven't refunded me and not giving any attention to my calls or emails.
I had requested from them many times to get a call back from a manager or general manager but no one cares about customers at this company.
WORST COMPANY EVER. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM
