I feel this review is:
I had placed an order with craftsvilla.com in Pune and had received a mail that the order has been dispatched through aramex. I tracked and it showed that the ordered product is in Mumbai. It was already 5 days and the parcel has still not even moved from Mumbai. I'm wondering how many more days will these people take to transfer the ordered product to Pune which is near to Bombay. I had already posted an enquiry note also on the aramex website and ofcourse I never got any response till date .I got that order after 21 days which is too late. If this is the service they are offering then surely I can see how well do they treat their customers and clients. Hats off aramex! I wish and hope if u people can learn professionalism and improve your services!
