I have been using so many courier services and I dont found any problems untill aramex came into my life a big problems starts to happen. I ordered a iphone 5 but I dont know what takes so long to deliver it takes me 3 weeks but still I didnt got my iphone I was waiting for my iphone.
So finally I got connected to customer service and they put me on hold for 30 minutes thats pathetic.then I heard my package is being delivered to other country they couldn't deliver it here wow so then I asked them for refund and I told them all the information about address is being already verified but still this happens.
So finally they refunded me and the matter got disclosed. then I learned that I will never ever use or suggest aramex courier service ever. you will suffer if you go for this service.
