Even the customer service is also very good. we can call them directly over phone or mail them with our query or complaint. the response time is good but not excellent as compared to other service provider. Staff behaviour is very polite and gentle and try to solve all our problem and query by best possible way . when I go to collect any package from there office they greet us with smile and made all effort to make me comfortable. One of the thing I don't like of aramex is that their service are limited to few area in my place. overall it a very good logistic service provider.
