Contrary to many other reviews here my experience with this company was okay overall.
I ordered something on Amazon US and Aramex was the shipping company. When the product reached Indian customs Aramex informed me in an email that I have to submit my KYC, which I already did when I ordered it on Amazon. So I emailed them on their website, but never got a response.
A week later I got an email from Amazon that Aramex informed them that they couldn't deliver my order. Again I went to their website and tracked my order and it said that they had been to my house but I wasn't home(couldn't reach customer), which was true. They should have called or emailed me but they didn't. I emailed them again and did not get a reply.
So next morning my husband went to their office here in Pune. He took my id and was able to get my parcel within 15 minutes.
Good points:
The staff at the office was helpful and handed the order to my husband without problem.
The order actually came 5 days earlier than estimated.
Negative points:
They keep sending me emails to submit my KYC, 16 in total now, although I had submitted it already, and also the product has now been handed out to me, and they still send those emails.
But they never responded to my two emails.
They don't let you know when they will actually come to your house.
So my summary is:
The product arrived fast and that is the main thing but they are bad with communication. Rather than waiting for them at home it's easier to go to their office first thing in the morning and pick up the product yourself before the couriers go out.
