This is one of the wrost Courier company ever seen in Bangalroe. My order was out of delivery status in the same city for 3-4 days and it took 9 days to deliver the product in fast track shipment
We have called almost 15 times to thier customer care since it was important parcel, Their customer representives are uneducated people.
They will say, it will delver today before 6PM, but again ending with hope specially on fastival. Also common fake tremonology they follow, we attempted the delivery but receiver was not available.
They will keep asking you address that they did not get on thier software blllaa bllaaa. what is the hell they are asking address again and again.
The full address is mentioned always on any box before shipped it, but as soon as it reach to Bangalore, They will not deliver.
The main problem for all the Courier company is that, they will tie up with local dilivery vendor, and local vendor will only deliver to your address if he has 10-15 shipments in the same area unless he he do not mind to cost for deaseal or petrol. Consequently to cover this gap, they will tell these stories and make you busy.
this gap, all big company also knows but they do not put presor on them.
I would never recemends to ship anything with these fake guys.
