I had ordered few products from Nyka on 1st august and friday was the delivery ., Aramex is such a pathetic service that they never deliver your products on time . So my delivery was on friday so I got a text message that we were unable to deliver your product because the door was locked, Its a common Sense that if the door was locked you could knock" but I kept the door opened on friday and monday and they sent me the same message on Monday and said that your number was not reachable too and I will add the screen shot so I have airtel as my carrier and it works very well and the reception at my place is so good that even if I am in the closet or in the basement I get the signal .They were out for delivery at 10.00 but no one came till 6.00 and I had a word with aramex around 3.00PM noon and they promised me it will get delivered for sure, I feel that the delivery guys just don't care about how important the parcel is, It was my moms birthday and they spoilt it .They will try the delivery tomorrow and I will talk to the guy who comes to deliver.
I really hate aramex and now nyka too because they don't have an option to get back to the courier and I have paid for my order and this happened in the month of june, will add that screenshot too .
