PLEASE DO NOT ever book a courier with these guys. I had pathetic experiences not just once but unfortunately more than that. Customer Service people keep giving the same crap every day that the order will be delivered today(or out for delivery) but it never comes. To do a local in - city deliver they took more than 20 days - after more than 10000 calls to customer care and escalating.
If they cannot handle delivering a local courier why cant they just SHUT DOWN the business. Most SHAMELESS and USELESS service. I have never come across any service that is so PATHETIC.

The courier service guy who had my parcel was Vipul, mobiloe no. 7769033372. He calls up once in 3 days and says "i will deliver tomorrow" on calling back he doesn't answer or speaks rudely. Says "I cannot deliver it. You may complain it to anyone"
NEVER EVER opt for this crappy and shitty courier service. Please don't get fooled.
