Apsara theater is located at kankaria. Ahmedabad's busiest roaming place. Why I am saying this theater multiplex is because there are two theaters with the same wall. One is apsara second is aradhana. In modern era of multiplexes it is still surviving because of its location. If there was no tourist place, it would have stopped working. Like old theaters used to have two sections of upper and balcony, this theater has the same system. Screen is larger than todays multiplex screen.
Ticket rates are reasonable. Interior is old but not that bad. Sitting arrangements are not bad. Mostly people visiting kankaria goes for this theater. I have seen only one movie named " love ke liye sala kuch bhi karega". Its a long time ago. Dont know if they have done any improvements recently. All types of people comes to watch it. All I can say is nothing great about theater but if u r in its sorroundings and has a wish to see movie, you can certainly go and watch in there.
