One could only explain this situation as A VERY HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE during the mid semester. the pre school has acted rather very unethical by bringing in sudden changes in the management without prior notice or even informing the parents and take their consent. the school management has terminated its highly qualified and capable co-ordinator, who has been the sole reason for most of the parents to enroll their children in this school. not only this the two most efficient teaching staff where also asked to discontinue their services. all this happened so sudden that all the parents were left with total confusion and fury. not only this the owner has also distributed expiry dated chocolates to the kids on one of the occassions. this is totally unprofessional way of running a pre-school. our kids were well adjusted with the staff and we have seen wonderful improvement in their performances. We don't know if our little kids could ever get the same kind of care and love they got from their ex-staffs. whats worse........is that the parents where taken aback to see the newly appointed staffs' poor communication skills and negligence towards the children's needs. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!
not to forget that the so-called co-owner mr.arvind mishra who lives in U.K who was actively involved in the school's inception days has not been bothered to give any explanation either to the staff or the parents. one wonders as to whats going to happen of this school and the children!!
