This is one of the biggest project by Appaswamy and following are the major deficiencies,
1)Please get the approval of Environment Clearance before venturing with this Builder or any other Builder
2)All these builders get the EC but violate from the approval and with money power they escape from authorities
3)As per EC all large buildings need to recycle the treated water for flushing and gardening
4)Here Poor Sewage treatment plant design with lesser capacity without the dual plumbing for flushing. So we are completely depending on Truck for removal of sewage. The cost per month is mind boggling of Rs.4.5 lacs. Whenever lorry strike or traffic jam due to rain our blood pressure increases on how to dispose the sewage.
5)Solar not working because they don't have skilled manpower to review the technical details before releasing the PO.
6)PO is released based on lowest cost
7)During heavy rains water enters the Lower basement which they are yet to attend(after 3 years of follow up)
8)Many concrete floors getting crack with water seepage
9)As per the regulations they need to set up garbage compost facility for large buildings but they never implement and with lot of follow up we could get 2bin1bag from them to segregate our wastes.
10)Fire safety system is yet to be commissioned
11)Many open places are sold as open car park
12)Finally we hope things will change with RERA
