Stay away from this cheaters. They keep increasing the premium whenever they need without informing the customer.
I not talking about the change in taxing, but about the net premium. In the renewal advice they tried to cover it up and I got bit suspicious and called the customer care.
The executives were dodging my questions instead of sharing the bifurcation of the premium amount. I had to spend more than 2 hours on the phone with their executive Kishor and Supervisor Madeena Valli to get the breakup of the premium and understand that they have increased the premium with informing me. As per IRDA its mandatory for the insurer to inform officially to policy holder about any changes in premium or policy benefits.
