I would like to provide feedback on Apollo Munich life insurance. 3 days before I have purchased Optima plan from Apollo Munich life insurance. From that time I have pathetic experience.
I did not get any policy document on email.
I have called customer care more than 5 times and they have common excuse that sir our systems are not working. Their systems are down from last 3 days. I'm not sure what the hell they are doing in office than.
If the systems are down than how come Apollo the merchant has claimed policy amount paid by me through credit card on 04th April 16.
I was planning to take this policy for long time but the experience I had changed my mind and I would not go beyond an year.
Can anyone check and send me my policy document.
