I had approached appolo Munich to have an insurance of my family. But on visiting here I was shock.
The staff working here are very rude and are not interested in any customers. Even they don't respond properly. I had asked for a form but they gave me after an hour.
Also they don't explain about the claiming process and returns. I had filled it and my insurance started after three weeks. The returns are very less compared to the return which the show. At the time of claiming they just want all proof and make customers run around them. I suggest not to have an insurance from here as it is just a waste of money.
