I and my Family have been with them for more than 3 years, My claim was declined just because their so called in house doctors believe that I did not need to be hospitalized. This company is a big time Robber and cheaters. Do not trust even a single word they say. My Dear Common People I stronger recommended not to go with these cheaters. They have just created the company to fill their pockets.
These people are a fraud so are the customer service who always miss guide with information. And it takes more than 45 days to get heard back from them that the claim is declined.
